Mobile Development

The BATF Mobile Development coding program is designed to expose students to the dynamic nature of mobile development. If you use a smart phone, you've more than likely engaged with an application. We want to teach and advance our students knowledge around mobile development. Mobile development students develop iOS or Android mobile applications using React Native. The program is open to students 9th Grade through 16th Grade. Yes, college students are encouraged to participate. Students will have an opportunity to compete for scholarship dollars at the National level. High school and college students will have the opportunity to participate in a competition that tests their talents against others in developing a functional mobile application. The student will design, program, and pitch their own app.
